Meet Brandon | Medina, OH
Water heater repair service is now available in Ohio! Over the next few months, we hope to increase service offerings and availability across the entire state by providing additional job opportunities to Ohioans. Our new technician, Brandon, is based about 30 minutes outside of the greater Akron area. He is also a recent graduate of
Fortis College in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Brandon attended
Fortis College's HVAC Program. He has certifications in Electrical and Heat Pumps for HVAC, as well as an EPA-608 Universal certification.
As our first full-time Ohio technician, Brandon aims to continue learning and growing his trade skills: “my goal is to learn all aspects of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, to be able to become a great handyman.” Although the majority of services performed by our water heater technicians revolves around water heaters and plumbing, they are also required to have electrical and HVAC knowledge to work on electric water heaters and to properly vent new installations. Over the last month and a half, Brandon has been training with our Illinois team members and our head tech in Wisconsin, which has solidified his previous knowledge/experience with water heaters. Brandon has enjoyed his experience thus far and is looking forward to performing service on his own: “I find it rewarding to fix things and help others when it is needed. It feels great completing service for people, knowing it is helping them out.”
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time at the
Winking Lizard, a local Ohio based chain of bar/grill restaurants.
