Coronavirus Update

At U.S. Water Heating Solutions, we are committed to providing water heating solutions to customers across our entire service area. We were deemed an essential business in 2020, as we are indirectly responsible for ensuring healthy environments by providing/restoring access to hot water. As we continue to provide service, we are encouraging technicians to utilize additional PPE and sanitation products (see below for more on our ongoing efforts).

Help us keep our techs + their families safe:

If you or someone you know has symptoms, has recently traveled, or has tested positive, please reschedule service once you have quarantined following CDC guidelines and tested negative.    

• We are working to continue to provide our techs with PPE items, from face masks to sanitation products
•  We also have increased the quantity of sanitation products at our headquarters
• For 2023 we are following local health + safety guidelines

• We accept ALL Major Credit and Debit Cards
• Pay Bills by Phone
