Some of our staff members have over ten years of field experience which enables them to help you make the safest and most cost effective decisions regarding your water heater, boiler, or pool heater. Our service technicians also undergo complete background and driving checks (performed by an outside agency) prior to being hired.
We often work as warranty service providers for A.O. Smith | Bradford White | Rheem | Rinnai | MORE! Our technicians are factory trained and periodically attend manufacturer training sessions to ensure that their skills are further developed as new products enter the market. They are also held to a high standard by our company in terms of professionalism and customer service.
For WARRANTY and NON-WARRANTY service calls, we provide a 30 day labor warranty and if new parts are installed, the parts have a 1 year parts warranty from the manufacturer.
