Fees

Preventative Maintenance is a flat rate fee based on the quantity of Clean and Checks (annual vs. biannual) and based on the type and quantity of unit(s) (ie Commercial vs. Residential vs. Tankless)

Contracted PMs/Clean and Checks

We offer renewable yearly Preventative Maintenance Contracts at flat rates for water heaters and boilers of ALL types. You schedule the Clean and Check(s) based on the quantity which you have chosen in your contract. You will then be billed in accordance with the contracted rate, with the opportunity to renew the contract on an annual basis.
