Detroit Area Water Heater Service Expands | Meet Allen

The need for water heater service in Michigan has been steadily growing since we first expanded our zip code coverage when Larry, our Indiana/Michigan border based technician joined the team. Our family has expanded once again, with the addition of our second Michigan based technician, Allen, who will run operations from Lincoln Park (in the Down River area, just outside of Detroit).

¿Qué es un elemento de calentamiento?

 Un elemento de calentamiento (o elemento calentador) es la pieza que calienta físicamente el agua. Usualmente tiene una cabeza negra y está hecha de acero inoxidable, cobre o incoloy (un tipo de súper aleación). Esta parte se atornilla al calentador de agua y tiene una juntura que se desliza encima del eje para crear un precinto/protector de fugas. La cantidad y el tipo de piezas dependen del tamaño del calentador. Los calentadores de agua residenciales usualmente tienen dos elementos, mientras que los calentadores de agua comerciales pueden tener hasta nueve.

Vice President of Operations & Senior Tech Visit Rinnai

Last month, two of our team members traveled to Georgia to visit Rinnai headquarters, giving them a chance to meet all of the regional representatives and to tour their new facility. Rinnai has been a leading force in the water heater industry since the 1920s. The company was founded in Japan in 1920, by Hidejiro Naito and Kanekichi Hayashi; a year later, Rinnai developed its first tankless water heater.
